Hi, my name is Hana Scott!

I am a fitness professional and well-being enthusiast!

Combining my passion to train women and experience in sports coaching and leading bootcamps, I have created effective circuit training programs to enhance strength and fitness levels.

Working with a combination of resistance training and motivation, I’ve created B☯︎DY Bootcamps to challenge women to achieve their peak performance and to build a positive approach and mindset towards exercise. I am a strong believer that everyone can achieve a healthy lifestyle with consistency and motivation. Our 45-minute Bootcamp sessions include; warm-up, a variety of circuit training workouts, warm down, and stretch. I will motivate you to get you started and I am offering weekly - monthly packages to keep healthy habits going!
